What Puts the 'Fun' in Funland:

Cal Skate at FunLand opened it's doors in 1978 as one of Chico's first family entertainment options. Back then, all that was out here along Highway 99 was open fields and Cal Skate. Since then the town has grown and has completely surrounded our property - we're no longer alone. Over the years Cal Skate has grown itself. In 1984 we added the batting cages (now called The Dugout at FunLand). In 2003 we added the miniature golf course and Clubhouse (Putters at FunLand). We then consolidated all attractions into one umbrella name - FunLand.

No matter what attraction you pick during your visit, we are all dedicated here to make sure you and your family have a nice, clean, heart-healthy, fun, experience. Click on the following links for more information including prices, operating times, and important information.

Cal Skate at FunLand

Funland's original attraction - Skating with quads or inlines on Cal Skate's 15,000 square foot indoor roller rink. Complete with an amazing DJ, sound and light system, full service snack bar, video game arcade, pro shop, and quality rental skates.

Putters at FunLand

FunLand's newest addition - an 18-hole miniature golf course. Outside we have 18 unique holes running through lush landscaping with water attractions around every corner. But don't worry - the balls float, adding to the fun. Once your done with your round come inside the Clubhouse where we have a 12-flavor hand-scooped ice cream parlor as well as a dozen of today's 'funnest' video games. Win tickets for great prizes or challenge your partner to a 'rematch' on one of our air hockey tables or car racing games. It's never been more true - 'Come out and PLAY!'

The Dugout at FunLand

Whether it's for little league, adult softball, semi-pro practice, or just for the fun of it, we've got 7 different batting stations to test your skill or get you ready for the big game. We have 3 speeds of baseball cages, 2 different speeds of softball. We provide the bats and helmets (unless you want to use your own) - you just pick the speed and show the others how it's done. Come as an individual, a date, or the whole team.

Video Game Arcades at FunLand

It used to be just pinball games back in the day, but now we have some of the hottest titles out there - Jurassic Park, Doodle Jump, Deal or No Deal, and more. Plus the all-time classics: Skee Ball, Prize Crane, Air Hockey, the Cyclone. Adding to the mix is a Hurricane Simulator and photo booth at Cal Skate, and a ping pong table at Putters. The best part is most games dispense tickets for high scores. Cash in your ticket at our novelty counters for great prizes. Remember - tickets and tokens work at both attractions so be sure to visit both venues and maximize your fun.
